Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day the goods are received, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Send a clear notice to spinnyrgbthing@gmail.com before the deadline and include your order number.
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days. You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. A deduction may be made for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return-shipping cost unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Use tracked shipping and retain the receipt.
Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video. When an item is confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, repair, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. We cover reasonable return or replacement costs for confirmed claims.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, including connecting a 5V 3-pin ARGB cable to a 12V 4-pin RGB header, is not treated as a product defect.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
