Tracked shipping
Tracked standard shipping is included in the product price unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the shipment.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in the order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the destination, carrier capacity, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Delayed, lost or damaged packages
Contact spinnyrgbthing@gmail.com with your order number if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, the carrier marks the parcel delivered but it cannot be located, or the parcel arrives damaged. We will investigate with the carrier. When a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Please keep the packaging and take clear photos of visible transit damage before opening or discarding it.
