These terms apply to purchases from SpinnyRGBThings. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information and delivery details are accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase agreement.
Products and compatibility
Product images and colours can appear slightly different across screens. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before installation. ARGB lighting products marked 5V 3-pin must never be connected to a 12V 4-pin RGB header.
For fan orders, the selected Standard Airflow and Reverse Airflow quantities must equal the chosen total quantity. The confirmed mix attached to the order is the mix that will be packed.
Prices, payment and availability
The price and currency displayed at checkout are the amounts charged. Applicable taxes are handled as shown at checkout. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.
Delivery, returns and claims
Delivery, withdrawal, returns, defects and lost-package claims are handled under our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds page and mandatory consumer law.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, while customers retain any mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
